World Premiere in Kannapolis

The world premiere of the revised version of Opera is Awesome took place on August 20, 2022 at The Village Amphitheater in Kannapolis, NC was a huge success! A stellar cast of children and youth were joined by featured soprano vocalist Randi Wilson and New York City talent Jaime Torres. In cooperation with the Kids Korner Child Development Center, the event was well-attended and enjoyed by all. One parent said, “The Opera is Awesome production at Village Park on August 20th was AMAZING! The children were so excited and performed beautifully. This was a great opportunity for the children and they will remember it forever. Thank you Opera is Awesome for a job well done.”
